Dr. Courtney “Dr. C” Greer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Doctorate in Social Work. She is also a military veteran, bringing a grounded, disciplined, and deeply values-driven perspective to her clinical work. For over six years, Dr. C has provided therapy and coaching to individuals and couples navigating complex emotional and relational challenges.
Dr. C works primarily with couples and women, particularly high-achieving individuals who are managing significant life stressors and transitions. Her areas of focus include identity shifts, divorce and separation, infidelity recovery, relationship and couples issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, and modern dating challenges. She is especially skilled in working with clients who appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck internally.
Dr. C’s therapeutic style is active, direct, and growth-oriented. She practices a challenging yet supportive approach that encourages clients to engage deeply in the work of change, accountability, and self-reflection. She believes meaningful transformation requires both insight and action, and she partners with clients to move beyond patterns that no longer serve them. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a strong belief in each client’s capacity for growth, resilience, and intentional living.
