Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to bookings made through The Wellness Collective.
1. Provider Bookings (Wellness Professionals)
Licensed wellness professionals who book office or treatment room space through The Wellness Collective may cancel their reservation at any time up to the scheduled booking start time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the booking start time are non-refundable.
Providers are responsible for managing their bookings through the designated scheduling platform and ensuring cancellations are completed prior to the session start time to qualify for a full refund.
2. Client Service Bookings
Clients who book services provided by independent practitioners operating within The Wellness Collective must adhere to the individual provider’s cancellation policy, which at minimum requires 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service start time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time may result in partial or no refund, as determined by the provider’s policies.
The Wellness Collective does not control or manage client service refunds and is not responsible for refund decisions related to individual provider services.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled booking without proper cancellation (“no-show”) may result in forfeiture of fees paid, in accordance with provider or booking platform policies.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
5. Policy Modifications
The Wellness Collective reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
